Bureau of Reclamation Selects InfoReliance to Support Windows Infrastructure Implementation

InfoReliance Corporation, a leading Northern Virginia information technology firm, announced today that it was selected by the Department of the Interior (DOI) Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) to integrate Microsoft’s Active Directory / Windows 2003 platform. The mission of the BOR is to manage, develop, and protect water and related resources in an environmentally and economically sound manner in the interest of the American public. BOR has approximately 6,500 users that are geographically spread across 17 states in the U.S.

Throughout the period of performance of the contract InfoReliance will provide subject matter experts (SME) with experience implementing Windows 2003 Active Directory in large federal organizations. They will provide detailed documentation for the recommended Windows 2003 Active Directory design, configuration, and implementation process, develop and document a detailed implementation plan for the deployment of Windows 2003 Active Directory. They will identify project risks and develop and document a risk management strategy, and provide knowledge transfer to BOR staff leading and supporting the Windows 2003 Active Directory project.
